CSBA’s Winter Meeting – Saturday, November 6, 2021

On-line registration (scroll down to register) remains open thru Midnight November 3rd. Walk-ins will be taken on the day of meeting but lunch cannot be guaranteed.*

* On Saturday, November 6th for both member and non-member walk-ins, admission is $15 – CASH ONLY. Lunch cannot be guaranteed for walk-ins.

  • Douglas County Fairgrounds, Castle Rock, CO

    I-25 north or south, Exit 181, Plum Creek Parkway, go east, up the hill, left on Fairgrounds Road, Kirk Hall is to the left.
  • Doors open at 7:30 AM for Registration On-Site, Check In & Honey Contest Entries
  • The meeting will start at 8:15 AM

  • NOMINATIONS are now OPEN for the following listed Officer and Advisor/Board of Director BOD positions for 2-year terms:

  • Send nominations to CSBA Secretary, Joe Komperda. Self- nomination is encouraged!
  • Nominations will be accepted from the floor during the Business Meeting

Honey Contest Awards

NOTE: 1st – 3rd Place Ribbons will be awarded in each category/class with the Winner in each category/class competing for the Grand Champion. In the Grand Champion competition the 2nd Runner up (Third Place) receives a prize valued at $100, the 1st Runner up (Second Place) receives a $200 prize, and the Grand Champion (1st Place) wins a $300 prize, a Winners Plaque, and the Travelling Trophy.

Friday Evening Social/Mixer 


The Friday Evening Social/Mixer will be held at Honnibrook Craft Meadery,  Unit B9, 2276 Manatt Court, Castle Rock, CO 80104.

We’ll be socializing from 6:30 – 8:30pm in the mezzanine. There will be live music on the main floor and there will be a food truck onsite for those choosing not to eat prior to the event. Of course, various meads will be available for purchase.
