The CSBA, in conjunction with the Front Range beekeeping association members, is pleased to bring Diana Sammataro, author of the Beekeeper’s Handbook, back to town for a series of presentations along the Front Range.  Diana was here 4 years ago–believe it or not! Her expertise is in mites, both tracheal and varroa, and fungicide effects on colony health.  Diana is an easy going and knowledgeable speaker who will put you at ease during her presentations.  Her knowledge is vast yet accessible.

On Wednesday, February 19th, she will be speaking at the Longmont Plaza Event Center from 7-9 pm.

On Thursday, February 20th, she will be speaking to the Northern Colorado Beekeepers Association at their monthly meeting at the Berthoud Community Center from 6: 30 to 8:30.

On Monday, February 24th, she will be speaking in Denver at Denver Urban Homesteading from 7-9 pm.

Diana’s curriculum vitae may be found here.

Here is a synopsis from the Florida State Beekeepers Association. Thanks to Allan Brown, the most well read man I know, for the synopsis!
