Opening reception March 6th, 2015 6pm
March 6th-April 9th
Fifty-five thousand miles flown per one pound of honey. Queens, workers and drones. Colorado farmer and photographer, John Hamilton, gets in the mind of the hive and explores the complexities, power and politics of pollination. His large scale photographs taken at his Colorado apiary are a rich study in the textured and patterned environment of the hive. The effect is dazzling. A portion of the proceeds will go to support wild bee populations in the United States. Educational seminars will be conducted by Pollination Planet throughout the show. Contact us for more information and dates and times.
